When Canadaās AntiāSpam Law (CASL) took effect in 2014, Canadaās largest bank
needed to ensure that every marketing email complied with new consent rules.
With tens of thousands of contacts and the continuous addition of new ones, the
bank faced the daunting task of revising its entire email strategy while facing
potential fines of up to $10 million for nonācompliance.
